The firm made a zealous entry into the industry in May 1989. Incorporated by Shri Raj Shiromani Singh and Shri Mukesh Kumar Agarwal, the firm gained prominence in a short span of time. The founders were, eventually, joined by Shri Ashish Kumar Agarwal and became fully primed to achieve newer heights.

Qualifications
- In 1983, Shri Raj Shiromani Singh graduated with a first class Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the Kanpur University, Kanpur, UP.
- He secured first class position in attaining a Masters degree in commerce, also from the Kanpur University.
- He pursued chartered accountancy (C.A. ) form M/s SR Singh and Co. in Kanpur and, in 1987, qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
